Every status is set by hand and mirrors the state in our support Discord. If a listing says UNDETECTED, it is; if it says anything else, the reason is on the listing.

Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11 on the machine that will run the loader. Most builds want Secure Boot off and virtualisation-based security disabled; where a build has stricter needs (a specific chipset, a spoof-clean setup, external DMA), it's on the listing. Verifying compatibility before you buy is your responsibility, so ask first if you're unsure.

Every listed cheat is undetected at the moment its status pill says so. That's not the same as "impossible to detect". Bans come from three sources:

1. Anti-cheat detection — the risk we manage. When the anti-cheat pushes an update that trips the cheat, we flip the status to UPDATING, pause new key issuance, and patch. Existing keys pick back up once we're clean.
2. Manual review — when someone reports you and a human at the publisher watches your replay. Nothing on the technical side prevents this. Play like a human: don't lock heads through walls, don't 100% headshot, don't snap 180° every shot.
3. HWID / hardware bans — most listings ship with, or work alongside, a spoofer. That's what the "spoofer included" or "spoof-friendly" tag on the listing means.

Bans caused by any of the three are not grounds for a refund — the risk is inherent to the product. See the refund policy for the full wording.

Yes. Every licence binds to the hardware the loader first runs on. If you build a new PC or swap major components, contact support with your order reference for a manual unlock — we do those free of charge once per licence period. Trying to unbind it yourself is what invalidates the key.

Where a listing says "streamproof", the visual overlay does not appear in OBS, Discord screen share, ShadowPlay or the standard Windows capture pipeline — only on your own monitor. Where it doesn't say so, assume it isn't; turn overlay off before you go live.

All sales are final. There is no automatic right to a refund for any reason — not for detection, not for the cheat being discontinued, not for anything happening mid-window. Every refund is issued only where we, in our sole discretion, decide to issue one.

You can still ask. Every request is read. Whether anything is issued in response, and in what form, is up to us. Full wording on the refund policy page — read it before you buy rather than after.

It's one person, not a rota, so replies land within a day or so rather than within minutes. Sending your order reference in the first message saves a round trip.
