Buyer summary — the short version
- All sales are final. No automatic right to a refund, for any reason.
- No refund for detection, ban, discontinuation, buyer error, incompatibility, or a cheat that stops working.
- Compensation, refunds and credits are issued only when we decide to issue them, in whatever form we choose. A decision on one request sets no precedent for another.
- You can still ask. Every request is read.
- Buying a product is agreeing to this policy. Not having read it is not a defence.
The full policy is below. Read it together with the Terms of Service.
Digital goods, immediate delivery
Every product listed here is a digital good — a licence key, an access token, a download, a scheduled configuration session or written documentation. Delivery is initiated as soon as your payment is confirmed, and once a key or file has been sent it cannot be returned.
For that reason all sales are final by default. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that this consent extinguishes the fourteen-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
All refunds are discretionary
There is no automatic right to a refund for any reason. Every refund is issued only where Immora Shop, in its sole discretion, decides to issue one. The decision is final.
To be explicit: refunds are not issued, and no credit or compensation is owed, for any of the following — and the list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
- Change of mind after delivery. Once a key or download link has been dispatched, the order is considered fulfilled.
- Buyer error. Ordering the wrong product, the wrong title, the wrong access window, or entering the wrong delivery email.
- Incompatibility. Products that do not run correctly on your particular hardware, operating system, security software or peripheral setup. Verifying compatibility before purchase is your responsibility.
- Third-party account actions. Any restriction, suspension or removal imposed on your account by a third-party platform. This risk is inherent to third-party software of this kind and is priced into the listing.
- Detection. A product becoming detected after purchase — whether within an active access window or afterward. New key issuance pauses and resumes on our own schedule; the paid window is not extended and is not refunded.
- Discontinuation. A product being taken down, indefinitely paused, or permanently discontinued by the upstream developer, by us, or by any external circumstance — including where the shop itself ceases to operate. The remaining balance of any paid access window in that case is not refunded.
- Sharing or resale of a licence. Hardware-locked keys migrated without authorisation, or licences shared beyond the individual buyer, are revoked without refund.
- Delivery windows already consumed. Time-based access (24-hour, 7-day, 30-day, lifetime) begins running on delivery and cannot be paused. The unused remainder is non-refundable.
Requesting a review
You may still ask — nothing here prevents that. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, quoting your order reference, the product concerned and a clear description of what went wrong. Every request is read.
Whether anything is issued in response, and in what form (refund, credit, replacement, extension, nothing) is entirely up to us. We are under no obligation to explain the reasoning of a given decision, and a decision on one request sets no precedent for another.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most disputes we hear about after the fact could have been resolved directly in a day.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that you have as a consumer under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
